Order Policy

Cozyology Furniture offers both website orders and custom-made orders.

Website Orders

Orders placed directly through our website must be paid in full at checkout.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of the order confirmation.

Custom-Made Orders

Custom-made orders are arranged through WhatsApp, email, or direct consultation with our team.

Production begins only after:

• The client approves the final quotation, dimensions, materials, fabrics, colors, and specifications.
• The required deposit has been paid.

All custom-made pieces are manufactured according to the measurements, materials, fabrics, specifications, and reference images approved or supplied by the client or their designer.

Once production has started, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind.

Any modification requested after production begins is subject to feasibility and may result in additional costs and changes to the delivery timeline.
