Production and Delivery Time
Standard Production Period
The standard production period is approximately 40 working days. This period is calculated from the date on which all of the following have been completed:
- The order has been confirmed.
- The required payment has been received.
- The client has provided final approval of all product specifications.
Extended Production Periods
Large orders, full-room projects, products requiring special materials, or complex customized pieces may require a longer production period. Where applicable, the estimated production timeframe will be communicated and confirmed separately with the client.
Production Delays
The stated production period does not include delays resulting from:
- Late approval or response from the client.
- Modifications requested after production has commenced.
- Changes to approved dimensions, materials, fabrics, colours, finishes, or other specifications.
- Incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information supplied by the client.
- Events or circumstances beyond Cozyology Furniture's reasonable control.
Production vs. Transportation Time
Production time and transportation/delivery time are separate periods.
The estimated 40 working days applies to production only and does not include the time required to transport or deliver the completed products to the client's specified delivery location.
Applicable transportation and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, order size, product requirements, and delivery arrangements.
