Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms applicable to purchases made from Cozyology Furniture.

1. Website Orders

Orders placed directly through the Cozyology Furniture website require 100% payment at checkout.

The order will be processed once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

2. Custom-Made Orders

For custom-made or specially commissioned products:

• An 80% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order and begin production.
• The remaining 20% balance is payable upon delivery and final acceptance of the order.

Production will commence only after the required deposit has been received and the customer has approved the applicable product specifications.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on the Cozyology Furniture website include 14% VAT.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include:

• Shipping and delivery charges
• Installation charges
• Transportation costs
• Location-specific service charges
• Other additional services requested by the customer

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated or calculated according to the order and delivery requirements.

4. Shopify Point of Sale (POS)

Cozyology Furniture does not use Shopify POS. Payments for website orders are processed through the payment methods made available through the online checkout, while payment arrangements for custom-made orders are handled according to the terms stated above.
