Inspection Upon Delivery

The client is required to inspect the order upon delivery to confirm its quantity, visible condition, and conformity with the approved order specifications.

Acceptance of Delivery

Acceptance of the delivery confirms that:

• The quantity of items received is correct.
• The visible condition of the products has been inspected.
• The products correspond with the approved order details and specifications, subject to any issue documented at the time of delivery.
• There are no visible transportation damages or visible defects, except for those reported and recorded with the delivery team at the time of delivery.

Hidden Manufacturing Defects

Acceptance of delivery does not waive, limit, or remove any statutory consumer rights relating to hidden manufacturing defects or other rights available under applicable Egyptian law.
